REFUND POLICY

Effective date: 16 April 2026

At CallumVision, each piece is created with intention and produced to order.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All artworks and framed pieces are made to order.

Due to the bespoke and limited nature of each piece, all sales are final once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Approved cancellations will receive a 95% refund, with 5% retained to cover processing, production preparation, and transaction fees.

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been shipped.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • change of mind

  • incorrect selection by the customer

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • customs or import-related issues

4. Returns

We do not accept returns.

Each piece is produced as part of a specific edition and cannot be restocked or resold.

Please ensure all details (including size, framing option, and delivery address) are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of:

    • the damaged artwork

    • the packaging it arrived in

Once approved, a replacement of the same artwork and edition will be produced and sent.

Refunds will not be issued for damaged items.

6. Non-Delivery / Lost Items

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

7. Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately display our artwork.

However:

  • colours may vary slightly between screens and print

  • minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted production process

These differences do not qualify for refunds or returns.
